Hello, it has been rough, searching for different career at my age. I am blown away with all the dam red tape to get noticed by employers. Been to several job fairs gave out my information to agents for different companies for consideration with them. However, no real offers by companies, but so many spam emails, advertisements, and unwanted home work schemes. How did this country make getting a job for born American so hard. Just advise, make sure you are applying to a company and not a marketing rep. Good luck on your safe job search.

Wow, just don't believe how many times crooks have used this method to steal security information on Bank accounts and other financial services and institutions. Please do not click links that look like this, go to that institution and log in to your account.

    As some of you know I dislike crooks, when good people work hard to save money and schemers come along and steal it with their lies it upsets me. I would like to warn readers about a scam going on concerning lottery winnings and your email being chosen by Google. It's a lie Google would never allow that to take place. These people are just trying to get your personal information, please do not fall for these types of phishing emails.

   Another type of scam is the one about windows contracted company calling to clean your computer of viruses. They do this by sounding legit using command prompt terms to make you feel dumb, getting you to install a program that gives them control over your computer. Once this is done they side track you by showing you a bunch of computer files stored on your hard drive. While they search for stored passwords and personal information on bank accounts and other financial companies you have accounts with. Do not allow them any access hang up, yes it can be a pain because they keep calling back . They actually told me unless I paid them 200 dollars they would keep calling me back, I said good I have nothing better to do than waste your time. I would not recommend others do this but I like messing with these liars .

  Here is another email scam it seems once they have your email they just try any thing to get your information like they pass your email around like a little black book.

COE conference Kissimmee, Florida.

 To my delight the COE conference was a great learning experience, in the cooperation of many people and organizations. Team work is definitely a skill for success in any operations. Worked with hotel IT A/V team and staff members to resolve technical problems . Took lead over projector issue and the show went on as Donte and I worked to get the speakers up and running.

The reason for the competitions, prepare individual students to be educated and skilled in their area of study and to prepare them for leadership roles in the world of work. I just can't say enough about this organization and the purpose it serves in today's technology working environment. I realize how much can be gained with this type of positive motivation in early schooling. Examples of leadership roles, personal development in areas of teamwork, learning how to stay focused on short term and long term goals to accomplish an end result. SkillsUSA  is a people development and challenging organization. The members are champions educated and skilled to work as stated by Mike Rowe (But they get it as well) thanks to Mr. Mike Rowe SkillsUSA will be recognized  on his new show opening, Some Body Has Got To Do It.

   Today I want to promote  a organization that I have been involved in for two years now, SkillsUSA.org is great organization that help individuals prepare to be Leaders in the world of work. How many people do you know that has made a decision in their life that turned them in the wrong direction in life? Unfortunately I have known a lot including myself. I find that people that have to much idle time on their hands never really get much accomplished in personal growth, professional grit, and leadership skills. Now, not all people fit into this category, but more in this group than there are in the professional group. So with that being written I honestly feel that applying oneself into this organization gives them a jump above others looking for leadership roles in the world of work. It is a partnership between the student, instructors, and industries to prepare individuals as leaders in the world of work. I would ask that if you are not familiar with  SkillsUSA.org to research it and see what it has to offer for high school and post secondary students. Share this with someone who is seeking to better their skills, be a leader, run for public office, promote organizations, and just be a responsible person.
     SkillsUSA.org is in all 50 states, to offer students to become members and to compete in the competition of their choice of study or in the Courtesy Corps of  SkillsUSA.org. This organization is for active students and instructors. It is a organization for students ran by students at chapter levels, they learn leadership, team working, community service, and how to run an organization in the Parliamentary Procedure fashion.
     Being a part of  SkillsUSA.org and SkillsUSA Fl. has been a very challenging and growth experience for me. The joy of being a winner in a competition  is just fantastic not only do you get the recognition in that field but make great contacts in the world of work. Of course this is why we reinvent ourselves is to get a better or different job that pays good for the work performed. Holding the Sergeant at Arms Officer title at MFT has truly made me want to learn more about correct structure in organizations.
    Setting goals is an important tool to drive one's  self in obtaining success, but they have to be reachable. SkillsUSA shows an individual how to go about doing this in the real time factor.
